What to Do Prior to Your Arrival

Prescott College is asking community members to exercise certain precautions
prior to arriving on campus including some of the following steps.

Take steps to limit your exposure to
COVID-19 for 14 days prior to arrival

  • Physical distancing
  • Frequent hand washing
  • Monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms

Important Considerations
Do not travel to Prescott College if you have COVID-19 symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty
breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or
new loss of taste or smell), have in the past 14 days
been in close contact with someone suspected or
confirmed as having COVID-19, or if you are confirmed
or suspected as having COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
 

Traveling to Prescott Arizona

  • Wash your hands often
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Keep six feet of distance from others
  • Wear a mask when in public
  • Carry and use sanitizing wipes to clean
    surfaces you come in contact with
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Avoid dine-in restaurants and large gatherings

*All students will be required to complete daily
self-screening and temperature checks upon arrival.

Library Information.

We have been doing our best to keep the library building open while managing risk of COVID-19 in line with state and national practices and guidelines. However, the pattern in ongoing changes in risk and related guidelines and regulations has made it clear that we need to close the library building while maintaining access to library resources and services online.

Housing
Information

Students who plan to be joining us for the first time
in the Fall of 2020 can expect to live in a single room for the duration of the term. We will be utilizing not only the Village complex but also our on-campus cottages and additional off-campus housing. Most students will only share a bathroom with one other person.
